Adopt-a-room application
As a friendly reminder, lakeside rooms are reserved for guests, therefore most adopt-a-rooms are secured nonlakeside.
Important information regarding the adopt-a-room program.
This year the Alpine Board is allocating a minimal number of rooms for the 2022 “Adopt-a-room” Program. This program allocates a certain number of rooms to be reserved by members throughout the season. In other words, if you adopt-a-room, it is yours for the season and you don't need to move your stuff every weekend.
This program is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once we run out of rooms, there can be no more allocated. If this happens and you do not get a room, your funds will be sent back to you.
The cost is $2,050. The room is $850, and then a $1,200 credit will be applied to your house account for the 2022 season minimum spending. This can be used in the bar and/or restaurant.
Members interested in participating in this program should fill out the application on this page and send funds in the amount of $2,050.00 via Chase QuickPay to TheAlpineCountryClubTreasurer@gmail.com (Please be sure to include your Name, Member #, and “Adopt-a-Room Program" in the memo section) or mail a check made payable to Alpine Country Club to:
